Namdia - Mine Expo
Main sign was fabricated with 3mm mirror coated Perspex. Each
letter had a double Perspex skeleton inner construction. Lettering
mounted with 3m tape to back facial board for removal after the
Expo. All wall and roof graphics was printed on digital Vinyl and
applicated directly to wooden surfaces. Manufactured wooden
picture frame with 8mm Perspex with LED lighting suspended
from the roof. Project lead time 3 working days.

Nictus - Display Gondola
Gondola fabrication. The top and bottom structure are
manufactured from Super wood. The insert sections are Perspex
with backlit LED lighting. All elements are spray-painted with
Vehicle grade 2K paint. Cut outs are laser cut. Fabricated time
2weeks.

Roadhouse - Canyon Lodge
Channel display light-boxes. The main back pages are
manufactures form 3mm mild steel, top box side channel
100mm extruded with 1mm mild steel. Perspex top are 5mm
with full digital vinyl print with a protective coating. Both the
mild steel and Perspex are laser cut to precision. Channel box
are tig welded to form. Sign was crated for shipping.

Digital Display - Multiple
Display unit fabricated with 2mm laser cut mild steel plates. Spot
welded against each other. Filed and spray-painted with 2k Vehicle
grade paint. Stand was printed with transparent vinyl and coated to
prevent scratching. Tablet housing with slip printed supplied by
Digital People. Complete stand was rendered with Cad. Cut
template was generated with CorelDraw X8. Fabricated time 7
working days.

NAmibmills - bakpro stands
The main structure was fabricated with 25mm milds steel (270x
lengths) wire mesh was used for shelving. All display shelving was
2k spray painted in blue. 50x Sheets of 3mm foam board was use
for the Graphics, printed on Matt white vinyl. Fabrication time was
2weeks from the date the steel arrived. At this time Namibia did not
have any steel products due to COVID related problems. Spray
painting took 1 week. We used this project to train the entire
workshop to Weld & spraypaint. 3x casuals was hired to assist with
the project.
